Been working out for a while but was getting fed up with eating the same food (even though it was healthy). Not only does this book contain inexpensive, easy, healthy, and quick recipes, it also explains about different types of food and shows you how to calculate your own specific amount that your body needs.
I only bought this a couple of days ago and have already emailed Mike twice with questions and both times he has answered them within 24 hours.
I will shortly be purchasing another one of Mike's publications on Amazon, just deciding which one!
