Excellent good value grinder,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Krups Twin Blade Coffee Mill (Kitchen & Home)
I bought one of these Krups mills to complement my Russell Hobbs coffee maker 15215(Russell Hobbs 15215 Coffee Maker in Black) and I have been using both of them 5-10 times a week since Oct 2011 and I am very happy with my choice of grinder. It's quick and easy to use and easily grinds enough coffee for up to 8 small cups in 10 seconds - if you need more simply grind another batch. It does require a little bit of work to get all of the coffee out and then to clean because of the blade position but again, after using it for a while this becomes easy and you don't need to clean it every time you use it. I highly recommend this and the aforementioned Russell Hobbs 15215 for making really good coffee. Grinding the beans fresh is much better than using ground coffee particularly if you make one packet of coffee last a few weeks. The coffee tastes better than most expensive espresso machines I have tried once you get the water/coffee ratio to your liking.
I would recommend not holding the button down for too long - use a few short bursts of 3-5 secs - because a. you don't need to; and b. if you hold it down for too long you can smell the motor sometimes suggesting you might damage it
