This book explains in clear easy terms many traditional methods of making food including cheeses, sun-drying fruit and veg, beer, and smoking foods (including building your own smoker).
I've had my copy for twenty-odd years and still use it. I bought this copy for my sister.
If you want to move away from processed foods, or shop-bought produce, and into creating your own without all of those chemicals and additives, this is the book for you.
