Single player camagin is excellent fun, but a little bit short imo, but definitely the best thing about this game. Lots of action and fun to be had after the training missions.
Multiplayer matches are only online (so no split screen dog fights with your mates unfortunately) and could have been great. The ideas are all there, if only each match was longer. It takes a few games to get used to what the hell is going on and you'll be waiting longer between matches than the actual matches last. There's just not enough time to get anything done or feel like you had a good run, you might get one kill in the time, 3 at tops if you're experienced, but more than often it's over before you've had a decent chance to get anyone at all. The only bonus about the multiplayer is being able to buy and customise your planes (tonnes of them!) using credit gained from xp.
There are multiplayer campaigns but on the rare occasion I actually found anyone playing them, it was always people playing on the hardest setting, which I didn't enjoy using even after I more or less got the hang of it.
Gameplay - as above.
Graphics - excellent, detailed cockpit and general surroundings.
Sound - good generally, though you can hear the replay cut of the propeller sound ..unavoidable small thing.
Controls - great on simplified, they just get a bit silly on higher difficulties after that, even if they are more realistic.
In short, buy for the campaign, it's short but defintiely worth it if you're buying this on the cheap. Otherwise replayability is not really there due to the frustratingly short multiplayer matches.
