Does the job well, but...,
This review is from: Status SREMSOC3PK3 Remote Control Socket - Pack of 3 (DIY & Tools)
I bought these to control the awkward to get at plugs, on an extension, behind the TV. Whilst they do that job well, for me they have one problem. They have no 'memory', so any loss of power requires a total reset. As I do not wish to delve behind the TV again anytime soon, I shall be looking for a similar product that won't require resetting. I am quite happy to keep these for use in a location where access is not such a problem, or power loss is less likely.

All you have to do is to press 'on' on remote pointing at socket (which will be flashing after power loss) and it will 're-program' the device. I find these extremely useful to switch on / off 3 lights around the house at once, to save walking to each one separately, how lazy can you get !!!
