Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Firstly - the receipes are varied, nice and broken into appropriate sections. Each one has its own picture (something some cookbooks still don't do) and the instructions for each meal are condensed down usually into 3-5 steps. It makes each one seem easier to tackle if you're not the best in the kitchen.
However, basing it as a healthy curry book - there is no calorie, fat or saturated fat breakdown or rough guidelines at all. The opening chapter explains using healthier alternatives to traditional ingredients like ghee but beyond that, there's no mention of healthiness at all. Bit strange really when that's what the books trying to be sold on.
