Excellent support referrence,
This review is from: OS X Mountain Lion For Dummies (Paperback)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I have a Mac Pro, it cost me close to £2000 three years ago and although the computer is excellent it came with no manual.
The computer was my first Mac and after looking for something to help me get started I settled on the "Dummies" series of books and I've never looked back.
This book covers the OS X software and it as good as all the other Dummies books explaining in step by step easy to follow instruction all the things you need to know about this new software.
The book also contains help with other Mac software comparible with OS X and is a one stop get started assistance to anyone including prefessionals.
The book was fee to me for review but I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for help and direction to get the best from their new or old Mac.

Ms J. Ball says:
I too have come from windows and am a silver surfer, no manual with the MacBook Pro was a massive chance missed, we need help not in computer speak at fifty miles an hour but terms explained as simply as they can, I can't follow the accent or speed of their help videos being too fast to follow, massive oversight on their part made me regret having changed.
