A fantastic blend of pop and opera,
This review is from: Russell Watson - Reprise (Audio CD)
This recording must be Russell Watson's best yet. His superb voice is shown here in a variety of differnt songs. He uses 3 voices on this album: his pop voice for Nothing Sacred; his powerful voice for That's Amore; and his trademark opera voice for lots of the tracks including Ave Maria. This album shows his musical talent and is a must have album for Russell Watson fans. Anyone else who doesn't listen to classical or opera music should buy this too, his voice is an instant hit with both young and old he really does live up to his nickname of "The Voice"

Yer avvin a laugh!!
He does not posses a trademark opera voice at all.
He is at best what used to be called a"pub singer"
Do everyone a favour Russell and give us a Reprise,,,,,please!!!
Let him attempt to sing,Cielo e mar from La Gioconda or Una furtiva lagrima from L'elisir d'amour or Vesti la giubba from Pagliacci or even Ah,fuyez, douce image from Mannon by Massenet.Ingemesco from the Requiem by Verdi
Just let him perform where he performs best "The Piers Morgan Show"
"The Voice" as a nickname-now that is ironic!
