Easy to Follow, Makes the Gym Trip Easy,

I like a plan. It's one of the reasons I hate the gym. So having a set plan to follow each time I go is great. The moves are easy to follow but challenging enough to keep you sweating and going. I've been using it for 6 weeks. I am noticing difference in strength and muscle build - but now need to tackle my diet to see a difference in shape - but thats my issue not the book!
I find the e-book has some issues with the way it jumps to the exercises, but the actual plan is very well thought out. It does require commitment - but it is fun to be in the gym lifting away with the best of them! If you stick to it and eat healthily results will come.
