This book is very good for beginners and also as a refresher for those already working seriously on themselves, it is very clearly written and comes from a loving space. One to keep by the bedside, as a reminder when life is feeling difficult! I have not read any other books by this author so far, but I would definately be interested in doing so, as the advice and examples she uses seem genuine. A good primer on the power of thoughts and feelings, how to get conscious of them and what to do with them.
