Never buy boots online,
I couldn't wait to get these boots - they looked perfect! But, I should have listened to the little voice inside that said 'don't buy shoes online as you can't try them on'.
They're such a narrow fit I could barely get them on - so returns here we come. Then I'm told that I will have the postage deducted off my refund because it's not the fault of amazon!
I've basically paid to try on these boots - not happy! I haven't even been told how much it will be, DHL being the only option to use.
I will never buy shoes online again!

H. Jones says:
Surely the advice should be 'never buy boots online that you haven't tried on'? I've brought many a pair of shoes and boots online, and I have very wonky feet, resulting in me trying on nearly every style in the shoe shop before finding a style that fits - but I then toddle off home, log on and buy that pair online for half the price.

I agree. I actually bought these boots in a shop and although initially comfortable and attractive, they are very narrow and after a while can be hard on the feet. However, after looking at shoes on Amazon I would now try the shoes in a shop and then buy on-line. It's a great way of getting what you want/need but not paying full price.
