5.0 out of 5 stars Disney Tangled ds - I love it!, 22 Jan 2011
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Tangled (Nintendo DS) (Video Game)
Hello I'm an autistic adult gamer.

This is my review on Disney Tangled ds game.

I bought this ds game new & really enjoy it. It's really cute & fun plus I got a free movie ticket in my ds game box to go see the movie disney tangled. I haven't seen the movie yet but from playing the ds game I'm sure the movie's going to be pretty good. So far in disney tangled I'm on chapter 3 in the ds game. There is some reading but nothing to really overeally re-act to if you have a child playing this just make sure they can read first before playing this ds game because there is some reading involved. Try 10 years & up at least. Overall really fun game get's 5 star's from me.

Happy Gaming! (^_^)

Hello, thanks for the review. I like platform games where you have to collect things and solve puzzles, but I don't like a lot of fighting, which so many of these games seem to focus on - so do you think I'd like this?

Katerina,

No problem. Yeah there is collecting stuff not to sure on the puzzle part though. There isn't any fighting in it mainly talking, walking around, & playing assorted mini games but yeah you'll probably really enjoy it. Be forwarned though even though it's very cute it play's sort of on a kid's level but still very cute ds game & very enjoyable. I just finished the ds game about a few days ago & am going to play it again when I finish some of my other ds games.

BTW thank's for taking the time to read my review.

You're welcome, thanks for the info. I'm not sure about it now - I play Animal Crossing Wild World and love it - do you have that? If so we should visit each other's towns :) - but I also like puzzle games like Professor Layton. Tangled might be a bit too childlike for me, I'll give it some more thought.

Thanks again

Kat

Katerina,

No I have never played animal crossing but have heard good things about the series.

Visit each other town's lol.

I'm an american user on amazon & write reviews on both amazon's us & uk websites & live in the us but do play import u.k & u.s ds games on my dsi. Sorry...

I have the professor layton series also & love it.

If you do try tangled try the wii version if you have a wii I heard it's not as kiddy fide as the ds version is.

Lol, you can visit each other's town in the Animal Crossing Wild World game - I didn't mean in real life, ha ha ha.

You swop game friend codes, then open the gate in your game's town and whoever has your friend code can come visit you and play in your town with you. I'm in the UK, but play with people from the US all the time. It's a great game if you're looking for one that you can play forever and with people :)

Hmm, I'm not going to bother with the 3DS. I have a DSi XL and love the big screen, so don't want to go back to a smaller screen. Plus I only have proper vision in one eye so the 3D aspect will be wasted on me anyway.

Hello, did you get the 3ds? How are you liking it?

I've heard some bad reviews about it making people feel ill, so I'm glad I don't want one.

Yes, Animal Crossing on the ds does need you to step down the security, but it's not a problem - loads of people do it so that they can play and it doesn't mean you are unprotected. My hubby is a computer nerd lol, so knows all about security settings and has talked a few friends through what to do for Animal Crossing - it's worked for them and they are happy. You might be interested in having a look round the Animal Crossing community -

http://www.animalcrossingcommunity.com/boards.asp?BoardID=152

There's an adult section called 'Grown up Gamers' or GG for short - you'd be surprised at the amount of older females who play the game - and I'm talking women in their 50s 60s and even older!

Once you see how popular it is, you might be tempted to get it :)

Katerina,

lol wow okay! :) Yeah I heard before that anyone could play animal crossing but also heard alot of adult's play it too. I was looking into it before. I might get it after all. I'll check out the link thank you!

Yeah the 3ds is defently fun I don't use the 3d part on it. I did try the 3d part though on it out of curiosity for about 2 minutes when I first got the system & it made me dizzy after that i stuck with my original game plan with leaving the 3d part off. But it doesn't matter I bought the game system just to game on not for the 3d part but still an interesting system though.

These gamer's out there need to take it easy on the 3d on the 3ds though there going to ruin the eye sight with half of the stories I've heard of gamer's gaming 8 hours with the 3d on I think there nut's.

But yeah if I do get animal crossing ds I'll let you know do you use a username on animal crossing? Just wondering...

But yeah defently going to check out link. Thank you! :)

If anything I've been gaming alot on www.mybaby-web.fr it's part of the my baby series ds.

Hardcore my baby fan lol. :D

Happy Gaming! (^_^)
