Good advice here but a bit of a tricky read,

While the advice in this book is good, I found it a little hard going due to the way it is worded. However, if you can see past the clunky language, there are plenty of tips and I was impressed with the length of the book, much longer than other self-help e-books I have read. There is also a section covering the importance of loving yourself as it can have repercussions on your physical health, which is a good motivator for changing your way of thinking. You'll also learn the causes of your feelings, and of course, how to do something about it.
