Run for Life is my go-to book whenever I feel that running is getting a bit dull. It always gives me a new burst of enthusiasm for running and gives me new ideas for pepping up my runs.
I was originally given the book years ago but it still feels fresh and relevant. It is well written, has great photos and is genuinely interesting. It is suitable for beginners and more experienced runners alike. The author's enthusiasm really shines through.
It is written specifically for female runners, but doesn't feel at all "girly" or dumbed down and much of the book could easily apply to runners of either gender.
I would thoroughly recommend this book.
