Disappointing; inadequate very expensive,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: 2-Year Protection Plan with Accident & Theft Cover for All-New Kindle Fire HDX 7", UK customers only (Accessory)
This is a disappointing insurance - I thought it would be like the Square Trade cover on my previous Kindle but it only covers accidents and theft so it is very expnsive for no cover of the most likely problem. Not worht taking out this kind of insurance what one needs is a cover that will deal with all eventualities and replace immediatle a Kindle that is not working or stolen. I could have got this limited cover at a third of the price from my appliance insurer

What is it that isn't covered that should be?
I just bought this but it has a 90 day money back so if it's something important to me it would be good to know now :)

If you read the text that is on the page for the insurance, you'll see it covers EVERYTHING. Theft, accident AND mechanical breakdown (Mechanical or electrical breakdowns that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.)
including a very unusual battery replacement if the battery begins to fail in the 2 year period. Had a look around and nothing covers a Kindle Fire HDX for this price....not even SquareTrade, they wanted over £50 for the same.
I've just bought it, hope to never have to use it, but it seems to cover absolutely everything so I'm happy. Gave SquareTrade a fair chance, but was on hold for over 20 minutes to try to buy their version, but found and bought this while on hold so their loss.
