Grows on you (well it did me),
This review is from: Sounds From Nowheresville (Audio CD)
Their first album was one of those brilliant first albums which bands seem to be able to do, because they've a shedload of material to draw on, but the second album is always a difficult one (unless you just do the first one again!) and the pains of Sounds From Nowheresville are well documented.
Initially, I thought this was a bit of a disappointment, as it's quite different, but the more I listen to it, the more I like it and, like the first album, it's grown on me more and more with each play.
I grew to like it so much I was off to Shepherds Bush to see them, but sadly it's been cancelled.
