Great if you are a beginner,

If you have never done yoga before this is a great start. The teacher - Sara - is very knowledgeable, but not annoying. She takes you trough the pose in a step by step mode and explains what to do and what not to do. There are also notes popping up talking about the yoga myths (e.g. you have to be flexible to do yoga, not true!). The pace allows you to understand what to do and how to breathe. There are also modifications for those who have problems with their knees or other conditions. Sara tells you not to worry too much to get everything perfect at once, concentrate on the breathing and do what you can. You will improve with practice. After you become familiar with the poses you can move on to the next step and do the 20 mins workout (sun salute).
Overall a great intro to yoga. You will probably outgrow this DVD quickly, but for £5.00 it is a great investment as it is much cheaper than a yoga class.
