5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible!, 24 Mar. 2012
This review is from: En Vivo! [Blu-ray] [2012] (Blu-ray)
I was lucky enough to recieve my copy early and I am beyond impressed. This live dvd/bluray captures the live intensity of Maidens live output perfectly.

The camera work is fantastic, the sound quality is amazing and it truly gives a feeling of really being there. Its a far better visual example of what Maiden truly are than any previous releases.

Top marks all round on this, its incredible! Especially in Surround sound aswell

Up The Irons!

How much split screen is used in this dvd ? I noticed a lot in the trailer.

You get used to it- Blood Brothers is the song where it is used the most. I was quite worried that the split screen would be off-putting but it's actually fine.

It happens all the way through. Normally I hate all the multi angles etc but with this it really does add a huge amount to the show. It isnt annoying at all and in my view makes it an absolute joy to watch

Thanks, I've seen it now. It's actually not a bad thing now I see it on a big screen.
