A very nice stylish ladies watch. Excellent value for the money. However, I would advise anyone not to bother sending the watch away for bracelet adjustment unless you really have to. It is hard for them to get the wrist size correct when measured off the paper guide enclosed with the watch. I sent it away and it came back with the bracelet still too loose so I undid one of the clips and removed another 'link' myself. Very easy to do.
