Healthy Vegan Cooking = YUM!!!!!,

I am a vegetarian with a vegan sister, and she has cooked a few things from this book for me which were fabulous so I had to buy my own copy (as well as copies of most of her other books)!! As a vegetarian, it has opened my eyes as to how I can get more vegetables into my diet and the wide range of foods that are available to me! The recipes all sound yum, and are releatively easy to make. Most ingredients are easy to source, though I have made a couple of substitutions and the recipes still tasted divine. I would recommend this book to vegetarians and vegans, as well as anyone who wants some more ideas of what to do with vegetables, etc!
