This review is from: 101 Things to Do Before You Die (Paperback)
The title sounds good. The formatting of the book is very impressive. The first-rate graphic designer have made this book look like a tool that would be really fun and interactive. It is such a shame that the actual substance of the book is so frivolous, weak and just silly (without even succeeding in being amusing, if that was the intention). It looks as though it could have been written by a 12-yr old. It is not my idea of a book for adults looking for fulfilment before they die. For example, some of the 101 things included, which probably should not have been included. (not in any order)
1. Get a tattoo and/or a piercing
2. Throw a house party when your parents are out
3. Get arrested
4. Do a runner from a fancy restaurant
5. Be a human guinea pig
6. Get revenge
7. Get barred from a bar or pub.
Admittedly, the above are my pick of the worst, but I'm afraid my copy is destined for the trash can.
