Lots of good exercises and interesting things about shaolin history,

The exercises are great and have really improved my flexibility. They are great for making the body feel more relaxed and you can fit the exercise programme into your daily routine because it only takes up between 10 and 30 mins. I found myself doing the exercises more than once a day a few times because of the benefits they provide. The book also contains philosophies and stories from shaolin Buddhist history which are interesting and enlightening. Would really recommend giving these exercises a try especially if you do other sports or martial arts training as the increased flexibility will improve both your performance and recovery time.
