Great fun, but not so great tea,

This review is from: Fred Mr Tea Infuser, Grey (Kitchen & Home)
My old tea infuser was getting a bit battered, so I got a Mr Tea.
The good points:
- It's fun, and livens up Monday morning tea break.
- Mr Tea's trousers are quite capacious and hold a couple of teaspoons of tea.
The bad points:
- The holes in the trousers are larger than those in my old mesh infuser. A large-ish leaf darjeeling mostly stays inside but the cup of assam I've just made, where the leaves are quite small, looks like a tea-coloured snow globe. Small leaf teas just don't stay inside his trousers.
- Once Mr Tea has done his business in your mug, you now have a hot, dripping rubbery thing full of hot, wet tea leaves. Unless you have a saucer or something to put him on this can be a problem. My old infuser was spring loaded and could eject the wet leaves at the squeeze of the handle, which was much more convenient.
