Belgian road map,
This review is from: Belgique Nord and Centre (Michelin Regional Maps) (Map)Michelin maps are just about the best for getting around Europe, ideal for we motorists who prefer map-nav to sat-nav, and this is no exception.
Scale is 1/200 000 (1cm:2km)and covers all of Belgium apart from the far south. Northern France makes an appearance - starting an the coast just to the east of Dunkirk, and including Bethune, Lille, Lens and Valenciennes. Southern Holland just creeps in too, with Vlissingen, Middelburg and Bergen-Op-Zoom to the north of the Westerschelde (and including the new tunnel beneath it) and over to Eindhoven in the east. As if that's not value enough, a small slice of Germany makes an appearance on the eastern edge of the map, although not really enough to cover any more than a token crossing of the border. You'd need the next sheet to the east if you intended travelling in Germany at all.
I wouldn't presume to review the quality of a Michelin map - that's taken for granted, but before buying I wanted to know just what the map covered (as we were travelling to Middelburg), so hope this info will help any other potential purchasers.
