Nice product when it works! poor service from Panasonic,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Bought this flosser in November 2011. The pump started to make a very loud screeching noise in April 2012. As Amazon won't take it back I have to contact Panasonic for service. Two emails sent to email@example.com have been completely ignored. I now have to ring their premium rate number to get service. Its a good product which works well but is let down by Panasonic after sales support who have an unhelpful website which makes finding the right contacts a challenge.

That's very disappointing from Amazon who are usually so well versed in their legal obligations for defective goods - I'd pursue that one
