1.0 out of 5 stars Very poor for the price, 5 Mar. 2011
This review is from: Razer Naga MMO Epic Wireless 5600DPI Gaming Mouse (Accessory)
The buttons only worked half the time, the tracking seems inaccurate.
The additional buttons are difficult to master. The paint is coming off the casing.
I expected a much better quality product for this kind of price, mice half this cheap offer better performance, I wouldnt buy a Razar mouse again.

Hello,

I am sorry to read of your problems you are having with your Razer Naga Epic. The problems you mention are certainly not the norm and should not be occurring. Without knowing more details it is not possible for me to say where your real problem may be. May I suggest you be sure to flash the latest firmware to your Naga Epic and make sure you are using the latest drivers. You can find both the drivers and the firmware at www.razersupport.com/downloads . If you are still having problems can you please contact the Razer Support Team at www.razersupport.com/email and the team will help get your problems corrected.

The Naga Epic and original Naga both come with "trainers" that you can temporarily attach to the side buttons. These trainers will help you become more comfortable with the Naga's side buttons. Most users report that after a day or two of use that that the side buttons are second nature and become an indispensable part of their gaming needs.

I hope these suggestions help and you can soon start using and enjoying your Naga .
