Best all round book on Strength Training available to date,

This book is all you will need on Strength Training. I liked the way it explained in detail how to construct your own training programme according to what you want to achieve. Your aim could be improved physique or bigger muscles or better endurance or simply toning or everything together. I liked the way the author took the different body shapes and genetics into account and suggested training geared towards these. You can easily tailor the book to yourself. I highly recommend this book for men and women of all abilities. By no way is it a one stop book ! This is a book you will go back to again and again to refine your programme and techniques no matter how experienced or inexperienced you are. Perfect !
