Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: (Discontinued by Manufacturer) (Electronics)
I purchased this product in August 2012, it then started turn its self off after 20 seconds 4 weeks ago, i was offered no warranty by amazon, i then had to pay for the repair myself with no help from Amazon and they are refusing to reimburce even though i have produced the invoice for the repair, Samsung also stated they offer zero warranty on products bought from Amazon as they sell them cheaper than other retailers.
my recommendation would be do not buy any TV from amazon.

I took samsung/amazon to the small claims for just such a problem, cost next to nothing. 10 months is not a reasonable expectation for a TV to fail in normal use, was the ruling by the court. They never even bothered to turn up and a cheque arrived 3 weeks later.
