Useful, but conversion to Kindle needs improvement,

This review is from: Zen To Done: The Ultimate Simple Productivity System (Kindle Edition)
This small ebook pulls together a number of articles from the author's website with the aim of producing a coherent guide to a more practical, simplified version of GTD. If you are planning on implementing Zen to Done then having this as a resource on your Kindle for easy reference is bound to be useful, however there are some caveats.
Firstly the reader needs a reasonable understanding of GTD; and some familiarity of Stephen Covey's Seven Habits also helps get the most from the book. Without this background a reader completely new to the subject is going to struggle. For example page three talks about planning your three MITs for the day, but it is not until page 6 that the acronym is expanded and explained.
Secondly the conversion to the Kindle looks good, with well laid out, readable text. However the content appears to contain many intended hyperlinks to further information on the author's website. These don't work on the Kindle or Kindle apps. This is most frustrating in the Resources section which as a result is just a list of headings like "Massive GTD Resources List". Google is your friend here - searching for "zenhabits Massive GTD Resources List" will find the relevant article - but how much effort would it have been to list the URL in the ebook?
Further, the example ZTD forms mentioned on the author's website as a feature of the ebook are listed in the Resources section but not included, or linked to, nor was I was unable to find them online.
Useful reference book let down by poor editing and conversion.
