I bought this because I wanted to have a specific book on nutrition.
Diets etc are so common but never get people anywhere long term. Any expert says you simply need to exercise and eat the right food stuff. From Fibre, Protein, Simple Carbs, Natural Sugars, Good Fats, are advised on why you need them and the habits people fall into. It has a section on each food such as veg and what calories etc are in each.
I used this to create a diary for myself of what I am eating each day per meal as a tool to avoid eating the 'bad' like cakes, biscuits, chocolate, crisps. Even changing white bread or pasta for whole grain makes a huge difference to calories.
This really helped my mindset, get it.
