This is perfect for anyone who wants more of a quick fix than a longterm lifestyle plan. Mimi Spencer presents this as a six-week boot camp, which actually sounds totally do-able, even fun. There is a well argued section on will power and the whole psychology of eating which is very motivating. I like the way she has devised a bit of an exercise programme to go with it too.
