great rear light if you fix the switch problem,
This review is from: Smart Superflash 0.5 W Flashing Light - Red (Sports)
Like other reviewers have said, this is extremely bright. I use it on flashing and it lasts a good while (haven't tested the claimed number of hours). It's mounted onto the seat post and nothing has broken after lots of taking off and putting it back on. The rubber seal hasn't leaked. It's easy to open with a 2p coin. All really good so far.
But the switch is the only real problem. It's very sensitive, really cold weather affects the plastic so it's harder to use, it can become switched on in a bag/pocket and the worst is it can switch off while riding on roads, which has happened a handful of times. So I had to peak down between my legs while coasting to see if it's still on!
My solution was to locate the flexible part of the outer case that touches the switch and scratch the INSIDE with the tip of a pair of scissors and gradually wear it down. Check occasionally until it becomes more flexible, meaning it's not so close to the switch and doesn't switch on/off so easily. I haven't had any problems since. Just be careful you check regularly so you don't scratch too much off!
