Weird! ...but great.,
This review is from: The Death of Me (Paperback)
I was very taken with Free and this book is darker, bigger, funnier, weirder, but a bit marred by feeling disorganised and it has a slow start. That notwithstanding, the best scenes are better than Free: when Chrissie holds up an all night Tesco stark naked, armed with nothing but a cat, or when the cars start freewheeling uphill. This book then is funny, and has to be read to be believed. This author has a hell of an imagination.
