This review is from: Gio (5th Street #2) (Kindle Edition)
Over the past week I have read all the books by this author and I have to day i've loved them all from Forever Mine to Gio. I had loved the Moreno Brother's series and was concerned that I wouldn't enjoy the 5th Street books as much but how wrong could I be. Gio, centres on Giovanni Bravo, best friend of Noah and boxer for the 5th Street gym, that's until tragedy strikes and his world begins to collapse around his ears. In steps his good friend Felix, who takes him away to be his trainer while he's preparing for his next big fight. However he meets Felix's girlfriend Bianca and steals his heart. I wont say any more because the story does have some drama that i'd hate to spoil for someone.
I liked the slow build of the relationship, admittedly infidelity is part of the story but don't let that put you off, and if you're like me you'll understand that it was quite out of their control.
I have to say I'd never heard of Elizabeth Reyes until I downloaded a free book to my kindle but now I have read all of her books I can safely say I will be reading other books she brings out, I'm definitely not the YA age but a love story is a love story, her male characters are always respectful to the women in their lives, they definitely don't jump into bed without a second thought and call me old fashioned but I like that! Bring on 5th Street Book 3, I really can't wait :o)
