This review is from: Greatest Hits... So Far! (Audio CD)
This item came and after being happy with all Amazon purchased i was disappointed to discover the CD was not in a proper case...... Just cheap cardboard.
It does not state this on the product description (as far as i could see) and think that it is not a very good way to sell a CD

If you mean the digipak packaging, that's the case that the CD comes in wherever you buy it. That's not down to Amazon.
The standard edition comes in a digipak packaging, whilst the deluxe edition with the DVD is packaged in a hardcover book-style packaging.
Neither editions are available in a jewel case.
If I'm mistaken, I apologise, but you've written your review as if it's Amazon's fault.

It's also better for the environment to have cardboard as a packaging- as it takes up less space in transit and uses less fuels in its production. Why not buy music digitally? Much much better for the environment!

Erm - maybe because like to actually OWN their music on physical formats, instead of just having some MP3s!
