5.0 out of 5 stars Great Piece of Kit, Outsatnding Value, 17 Sept. 2013
This review is from: TeckNet® iEP392 12000mAH Heavy Duty 2.1A/1A Dual USB Ports External Battery Pack for the new iPad 3, new iPad mini, iPad2, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S/4/3Gs/3G, iPod Touch all versions; Samsung Galaxy Note/Nexus/S3/S2/S; HTC Titan, Sensation, ONE S/V/X, EVO Thunderbolt, Desire; LG Optimus series; Blackberry Bold, Curve, Torch; Motorola Razr HD/MAXX & Bionic, Atrix/2; Nokia Lumia 700/800/900 and GoPro (iEP392 Heavy Duty 5V/2.1A/1A high speed charger) (Electronics)
I had been looking for a power pack which would allow me to recharge the iPhone when Ive been using it as a GPS during walks. Many I had seen, offered a 20% top up and then it also needed recharging. True they are cheap. but not cost effective.
This power pack is not cheap, but it is outstanding value for money. Not only does it deliver a full charge within about 2 hours, it can do this up to 4-5 times before it needs a recharge. Thus a long weekend walking can easily be covered for iPhones and ipads without external power.
The led sequence on the pack tells you how many charges you have left and it also has a great reading light built into it.

Absolutely worth every penny.

Hi Alan. Are you sure you are reviewing the right product? This doesn't have a reading light. Also the LEDs are just a rough guide to what percentage of charge is left in the battery, not how many charges are left. Other than that I totally agree with your review, if it's for the same product :)
