Not Half Bad,
This review is from: Severin Popcorn Maker, White (Kitchen & Home)
Bought this machine as I wanted a healthier way of eating popcorn than the usual oil in a pot method. It's very small but churns out a huge bowl of popcorn, enough to satisfy my 3 kids for 10 minutes (the time it takes for the machine to cool down enough to use it again). The only thing is the taste - the popcorn has to be eaten hot cos when it cools down it tastes like cardboard. I suppose, to be fair, it might be the kernels I'm using but then again aren't they all pretty much the same? Anyway, I've only had this machine for a few days but so far so good.

No, I am afraid that popcorn kernals are definitely not all the same. As with any food there is varying degrees of quality and flavour. The best popcorn I have found is the "Orville Redenbacher" brand. However I don't believe it is available in the UK. Try different brands and you will see what I mean and probably find a brand that suits your taste the best.
