Too Much Going On,

This review is from: The Eye in the Door (Regeneration Trilogy Book 2) (Kindle Edition)
Some interesting characters, but this novel really tries too hard. As part of the series it makes more sense than a stand-alone. As a stand-alone novel, the characters emerge as a bit unfocussed and the action often appears gratuitous, as if Barker is trying too hard to get a message across. It was okay, with some interesting historical relevance, but not particularly memorable.
