A Must Buy Book For Anyone With Fibromyalgia !,

Several massage tools are discussed but it also shows you how results are just as easily achieved using your hands or a tennis ball. As someone who has both Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome, I wouldn't be without this book. It has taught me how to quickly and easily locate and massage my trigger points and has allowed me to finally gain some relief from my chronic pain. You owe it to yourself - and your body - to buy this book!
