I'm finished with dieting,

While I have never had a significant weight problem, I always found myself thinking "I ate 'bad' things today, so I need to be careful tomorrow", etc. This book has helped me to jettison this kind of thinking and to learn to trust my body to eat what it needs, when it needs it. I think this is a great book for anyone who has ever been on a diet or worried even a little about their weight. For people with serious problems, I would try to find a local nutritionist/psychotherapist/psychologist familiar with this program to help in order to maximize chances of success. good luck!
