1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality of the product, 28 Sept. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Anker® Astro Slim2 4500mAh Ultra-Slim Portable Charger External Battery Power Pack for Samsung Galaxy S5, S4, S3, iPhone 5S, 5C, 5, 4S, iPad Air, mini, Note 3, HTC One, One 2 (M8), Motorola Droid, MOTO X, LG Optimus and most other USB-charged devices (Apple adapters - 30 pin and lightning, not included) (Electronics)
I have already returned 2 of these batteries. You really get what you pay for. The idea of it is great just the quality and construction of it is NOT. Micro USB connector of Anker's battery is not holding into place properly. Its clips are almost flat comparing to the original charging cable therefore only slight move disconnects charging. Also the whole end of it is ridiculously huge and you end up taking off your cover of the phone. Why not make it smaller like the original charging cable? Also if you look at it closely from the side the battery is slightly bent at the end. Once again the idea great but not the product.

DUDE..(the dude that wrote that review) that is purely the USB cable that comes with the device, it's a generic one that works for multiple phones. When that happened to me plugging the charger into the computer, I just said GREAT I see it works, the cable is a little loose, fine(hardly an issue 'cos I could get another, but didn't even need to get one as you'll see). And as for plugging the phone into the charger, I didn't use their cable for that because I have a cable to charge my phone from a USB socket.. Don't you? And actually the same cable that charges a phone from a USB socket, charges the charger. Though I got some new cables anyway as they're only $1-$2 each(though I didn't need to as I have a cable to charge my phone from a USB socket anyway, as one should!).
