Easy to read and takes you through the science gently and is a natural lead on to the Horizon BBC show about the 5:2 diet last year. I think it will keep me motivated too as its interspersed with lots of testimonials from real people who have done or are doing the diet as a new way of managing food intake, improving health and lowering fat tissue weight.
