Back at last! Not before time.,

I've had this book since the seventies, when it came out in hardback. Through it I have discovered one of the least known and most delicious cuisines in the world. The recipes - at least in the American original - are aimed at the USA, but that's not in any way a problem and I must have cooked dozens of recipes - all of which worked a treat. She describes all one needs to know about a recipe with clarity and simplicity.
At the price, rush out and get it and discover this wonderful cuisine.
