How little we know of the lives of other people. The hopes and dreams we all have - for love and companionship, even for simple friendship - for some people are extraordinarily difficult to achieve. Being different often puts us in a unique and lonely universe.
This small, but insightful, documentary gives us a unique view into the lives of two people whose individual disabilities make what most of us would call a 'normal' life nigh-on impossible. Yet the desire for relationship is strong, as it is for most of us. But in their case it led them both into a fantasy built around an 80s pop star. One that, for them, is so real that it dominates their lives.
There, but for the grace of God...
