Very informative and motivational
Achievable goals, seems fun and I'm looking forward to doing the 12 week plan as I go to ibiza in 12 weeks... I'm 45 and weigh 140lbs. I have an office job and already walk my dog 5 to 7 mornings per week so I'm going to walk in my lunch break 3 times a week and do 150 strength training per week. Goal is to lose 12lbs... I also have fibromyalgia and could crash and burn in my 1st week.
I will review again in 12 weeks
