This review is from: Moomins Cookbook (Hardcover)
i bought this as a present for a friend who loves the moomins but i have to say when i flicked through it it was disappointing. There were several 'recipies' telling you how to make sandwiches. sandwiches. If you can't make a sandwich without the aid of a cookbook you need to seek professional help immidiately.

Some of the recipies are rubbish, some are good. The pictures are a bit random and a bit of a letdown, i wouldn't say this was a must-have cookbook unless you really want to try finnish cooking.

Although I see your point, plenty of people will buy recipe books with variations of things they already know how to make. I haven't received my copy yet to check out the sandwiches, but if they contain combinations of ingredients in a way that I wouldn't have thought of trying, then I don't see how I can complain?

That said, I haven't seen it myself so will defer to your review until I do. :)

you're arguing with me over a book you've never actually seen? How about you form your own opinions when you actually know what you're talking about.
