A good overview,

This review is from: Coaching the 4-4-2 and Zone (Paperback)A very good introduction to the basics, which does exactly what it says, giving a diagramatic layout for coaching sessions. It claims that it does not wish to touch on the theory of the system, but you are occasionally left wanting to know why certain positionings are required.
I feel that this is best used in conjunction with other materials, as few of the exercises are truly dynamic. Also the very important aspect of body positioning does not get dealt with properly.
However, a good schematic bible - i.e what your position should look like, especially the work on the offside rule.
