This is one of those classic Diet/nutrition/health books where it will always have it's place on the bookshelf.
The only downfall of this book is the exercise bit. I find eating sugar and then burning it through the anaerobic system works for me. I gained weight by not exercising and eating sugars/fats from chocolate bars and cakes. However I didn't gain any when I worked out, so this needs looking at a bit more.
Anyway the rest of the book is useful and A great read. You'll gain good knowledge from reading this book.
