This review is from: Confetti [DVD] (DVD)My girlfriend bought this cheap as it looked promising and there were a few good comedy actors in it, personally I cant stand Jimmy Carr but I thought I would give him a chance.
We put it on as we thought it would be pretty funny, how wrong were our thoughts, we watched the first ten minutes and we were thinking it has to get better but sadly it didn't.
If this is the future of British comedy then it's looks like a pretty dull future, the story is three couples, competing for the title of Most Original Wedding of the Year and thats it.
There there was not one single funny part in it. Me and my girlfriend was looking at each other thinking this is pants and how could anyone have green lit this to be made.
The style of film is a mockumentary thats meant to be funny but it failed on that, it felt a chore to watch.
All in all if you like comedies to be funny then stay away from this one

Hope you got a chomp out of it. I make mine sit through girly stuff and then I have to provide compensation. I had jaw ache for a week after making him watch 'The Notebook'. Still, I sat through '10 men' and got my moggy soggy.

Mrs. S. Carroll says:
'Me and my girlfriend' Why don't you brag a bit more, eh? Are you sure she is real, apples with faces drawn on them don't count you know. You sir, sound like a complete and utter dullard with your boring drip of a girlfriend. What do you do of a night? Sit in and watch a six hout film on the private lives of cabbages on BBC 4 (I'm not dissing BBC 4) and cry?
