Doesn't work in this format,
This review is from: Grammar: The Structure of Language (Wooden Books Language) (Paperback)
I love the Wooden Books series: I have a couple of dozen of them. However, they work best when there's a good balance between text and graphics, and that's been lost here. The book is predominantly text with only a few graphics (understandable, given that the subject matter doesn't really lend itself to graphics) and the text itself is a very small point size, with the overall effect of making the pages seem cramped and overfilled. This in turn takes some of the fun out of reading the book.
The content itself is fine, but the determination to marry the words up to the format diminishes both.
